Fitness Goals

Setting goals are not something I am good at. I usually can come up with lofty ideas, but putting pen to paper to break it down into smaller chunks it far more difficult for me. The plan is to do a half marathon in the spring. Since I have yet to attend a VIPKID meet up, and there is one happening at the Ottawa Marathon in May, that will be the half  I do. from there, I hope to do one trail run over the summer and a full marathon next fall.
